Léon Lichtlé
Léon Lichtlé, also known as Léon Témooheiteaoa (born 26 May 1941), is a former French Polynesian politician and Cabinet Minister. He served as Mayor of Ua Huka for 30 years. He was a member of E'a Api. In 1978 he established a citrus arboretum in Ua Huka. He was elected to the Assembly of French Polynesia in the 1977 French Polynesian legislative election. He was elected as mayor of Ua Huka in 1979. Oscar Temaru
Oscar Manutahi Temaru (born November 1, 1944) is a Tahitian politician. He has been the president of French Polynesia, an overseas collectivity of France, on five occasions: in 2004, from 2005 to 2006, from 2007 to 2008, in 2009, and from 2011 to 2013. He has also been mayor of Faʻaʻā since 1983. Career He first served as the President of French Polynesia (''président de la Polynésie française'') from June 15, 2004 until his Government lost a no-confidence motion on October 8, 2004. Marquesas Islands

Ua Huka
Ua Huka is one of the Marquesas Islands, in French Polynesia, an overseas territory of France in the Pacific Ocean. It is situated in the northern group of the archipelago, approximately to the east of Nuku Hiva, at . Name Ua Huka in Marquesan language, Marquesan means "two holes"; it is sometimes also found spelled ''Roohka'' or ''Ua Huna''.
