Lyrian
Lyrian (; born 21 September 1985) is a former Japanese ''Moe (slang), moe'' idol and singer born in Milan, Italy. She hosts a radio show in Japan called ''Lyrian Moetchao'' in which she plays Marissa Faireborn in its ''Transformers#Transformers: Kiss Players (2006–2007), Transformers: Kiss Players'' segment. Lyrian also named and designed the color schemes for the Transformers (toy line), Transformers toys Rosanna and Angela. She voices these characters in the radio series as well. She claims to have become a Transformer fan by watching the G1 cartoon as a child growing up in Italy. In 2007, she released her first gravure idol DVD, titled ''Lyrian Chao Chao'' (also known as ''Lyrian Ciao Ciao''). In the same year, she released a photo-book titled ''Love''. In 200,9 she provided the voice of the new character Stephanie in the TVTokyo series ''Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's''. In 2010, she began voicing the character of Shitt. P in the ''Reborn!'' VOMIC series. , sometimes romanized as ''moé'', is a Japanese word that refers to feelings of strong affection mainly towards characters in anime, manga, video games, and other media directed at the ''otaku'' market. ''Moe'', however, has also gained usage to refer to feelings of affection towards any subject. ''Moe'' is related to neoteny and the feeling of "Kawaii, cuteness" a character can evoke. The word ''moe'' originated in the late 1980s and early 1990s in Japan and is of uncertain origin, although there are several theories on how it came into use. ''Moe'' characters have expanded through Japanese media, and the concept has been commercialised. Contests, both online and in the real world, exist for ''moe''-styled things, including one run by one of the Ethics Organization of Computer Software, Japanese game rating boards. ''The Transformers'' is an animated television series that originally aired from September 17, 1984, to November 11, 1987, in syndication based upon Hasbro and Takara's ''Transformers'' toy line. The first television series in the ''Transformers'' franchise, it depicts a war among giant robots that can transform into vehicles and other objects. The series was produced by Marvel Productions and Sunbow Productions in association with Japanese studio Toei Animation for first-run syndication. Toei co-produced the show as the main animation studio for its first two seasons, having been tasked with creating and finalizing animation models, designing transformation schemes, storyboarding some episodes, and general direction. In the third season, Toei's involvement with the production team was reduced and the animation services were shared with the South Korean studio AKOM.
