Lukáš Sedlák
Lukáš Sedlák (born 25 February 1993) is a Czech professional ice hockey forward for HC Dynamo Pardubice of the Czech Extraliga (ELH). Sedlak was selected by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the sixth round (158th overall) of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Sedlák played in his native Czech Republic in the junior ranks of HC Mountfield before he was selected in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft by the Blue Jackets. Sedlák immediately embarked on transitioning to the North American game, joining the Chicoutimi Saguenéens of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League for the 2011–12 season, with whom he was drafted with their first selection in the CHL import draft. On 10 April 2013, Sedlák was signed by the Columbus Blue Jackets to a three-year, entry-level contract. HC Dynamo Pardubice is a professional ice hockey club that plays in the Czech Extraliga. Its home venue is Enteria arena (Pardubice), Enteria arena located in Pardubice. The 2013–14 AHL season was the 78th season of the American Hockey League. The regular season began on October 4, 2013, and ended on April 19, 2014. 2021–22 KHL Season
The 2021–22 KHL season was the 14th season of the Kontinental Hockey League. There were 24 teams that competed in 56 regular season games, beginning on 1 September 2021 and was scheduled to finish on 1 March 2022. However, the COVID-19 pandemic in Russia resulted in more than 50 games being postponed prior to the break for the 2022 Winter Olympics, and in February, it was announced that no further regular season games would be played following the break. In the finals, CSKA beat Metallurg in seven games. Petr Mrázek (; born 14 February 1992) is a Czech professional ice hockey goaltender for the Detroit Red Wings of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected in the fifth round, 141st overall, by the Red Wings in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft, with whom he spent the first portion of his NHL career. Calder Cup
The Calder Cup is the trophy awarded annually to the playoff champions of the American Hockey League (AHL). It was first presented in 1937 to the Syracuse Stars. The cup is made of sterling silver mounted on a base of Brazilian mahogany. In its current shape, the trophy has a two-tiered square base with commemorative plaques for each of the AHL's 20 most recent champions: 12 on the bottom tier and 8 on the top tier. Each time a new championship plaque is added, the oldest plaque is retired and joins a display at the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto.
