Lukáš Provod
Lukáš Provod (born 23 October 1996) is a Czech professional footballer who plays as a left winger for Czech First League club Slavia Prague and the Czech Republic national team. Club career Provod played in the Bohemian Football League in the 2015–16 season, representing Domažlice, who were operating as a farm team for his parent club Viktoria Plzeň. He joined Baník Sokolov on a season-long loan for the 2016–17 season. He played in all of his team's first five league matches in the Czech National Football League, scoring in the away game against Pardubice. Provod also represented Sokolov in the Czech Cup, scoring in the 2–1 second round loss against Zápy. Provod joined České Budějovice for the second half of the 2018–19 Czech National Football League, celebrating the second-tier title and promotion to the Czech First League with the club at the end of the season. Plzeň (), also known in English and German as Pilsen (), is a city in the Czech Republic. SK Zápy is a Czech football club located in the market town of Zápy in the Central Bohemian Region. It currently plays in the Bohemian Football League. The 2020–21 UEFA Nations League B was the second division of the 2020–21 edition of the UEFA Nations League, the second season of the international football competition involving the men's national teams of the 55 member associations of UEFA. Format Following a format change from the first season, League B was expanded from 12 to 16 teams. Jaroslav Šilhavý
Jaroslav Šilhavý (; born 3 November 1961) is a Czech professional football manager and former player. As a player, Šilhavý made a total of 464 top flight appearances spanning the end of the Czechoslovak First League and the beginning of the Czech First League, scoring 25 goals. His 464 appearances was a Czech league record until 6 November 2022, when Šilhavý was surpassed by Milan Petržela. His son, Tomáš Šilhavý, also played football in the Czech First League. As a manager, Šilhavý won the 2011–12 Czech First League with Slovan Liberec. He has also had spells managing other top flight clubs in the Czech Republic, including Kladno, Viktoria Plzeň and Dynamo České Budějovice. ''Deník'' is a regional daily newspaper in the Czech Republic. History Originally owned by German publishing company Verlagsgruppe Passau (VGP), ''Deník'' has been owned by Penta Investments since 2015. VGP has a monopoly on the Czech regional press.
