Luisa Värk
Luisa Rõivas (née Värk; born 6 February 1987) is an Estonian singer and politician. Värk was a runner-up of on the first season of ''Estonian Pop Idol'' (''Eesti otsib superstaari''). She was also a runner-up on '' Tantsud tähtedega'', Estonia's version of ''Dancing with the Stars''. Her dancing partner was Martin Parmas. Värk participated in the Estonian Eurovision national final Eurolaul 2008 with two songs:''"It's Never Too Late"'' with Estonian band Traffic and ''"God Inside your Soul"'' with Margus Vaher. She participated again in the 2015 edition of the Eesti Laul, where she reached the final stage but ended up in last place. ''Eesti otsib superstaari'' ''(Estonia is Searching for a Superstar)'' is an Estonian reality-competition gameshow airing on TV3. It debuted on 11 March 2007 and it has since become one of the most popular shows in Estonia. Part of the Idol franchise, it originated from the reality program '' Pop Idol'' created by the British entertainment executive Simon Fuller, first aired in 2001 in the United Kingdom. The program seeks to discover the best singer in Estonia through a series of nationwide auditions. The outcomes of the later stages of the competition are determined by the viewers. 2023 Estonian Parliamentary Election
Parliamentary elections were held in Estonia on 5 March 2023 to elect all 101 members of the Riigikogu. The officially published election data indicate the victory of the Estonian Reform Party, Reform Party, which won 37 seats in total, while the Conservative People's Party of Estonia (EKRE) placed second with 17 seats. The Estonian Centre Party, Centre Party won 16 seats, a loss of 10, while Estonia 200 won 14 seats, gaining representation in the Riigikogu. After the 2019 Estonian parliamentary election, previous parliamentary election in 2019, the Centre Party, led by Jüri Ratas, formed a government with Ratas serving as prime minister.
