Luis García Morales
Luis Antonio García Morales (August 6, 1929 – July 3, 2015) was a Venezuelan poet and a cultural promoter born in Ciudad Bolívar. In 1984, his book of poems ''El río siempre'' won the prize of the Venezuela's National Council of Culture. García was a member of the Sardio group in 1958, along with writers Guillermo Sucre, Salvador Garmendia, Rodolfo Izaguirre and Elisa Lerner. By the end of the 1950s, he traveled to Paris, where he settled down for three years, during that time he went across a part of Europe and the Middle East. In 1963 he returned to Venezuela, and was designated as editorial chief of the National Culture Magazine, he also worked in the direction of the Radio Nacional de Venezuela, the INCIBA (National Institute for Fine Arts) and the seal Monte Avila Editores. Ciudad Bolívar
Ciudad Bolívar (; Spanish for "Bolivar City"), formerly known as Angostura and St. Thomas de Guyana, is the capital of Venezuela's southeastern Bolívar, Venezuela, Bolívar State. It lies at the spot where the Orinoco River narrows to about in width, is the site of the first bridge across the river, and is a major riverport for the eastern regions of Venezuela. The term "the people" refers to the public or common mass of people of a polity. Orinoco River
The Orinoco () is one of the longest rivers in South America at . Its drainage basin, sometimes known as the Orinoquia, covers approximately 1 million km2, with 65% of it in Venezuela and 35% in Colombia. Caracas
Caracas ( , ), officially Santiago de León de Caracas (CCS), is the capital and largest city of Venezuela, and the center of the Metropolitan Region of Caracas (or Greater Caracas).
