Loona
Loona (stylized in all caps or as LOOΠΔ; ; , ) is a South Korean girl group created by Blockberry Creative. The group is composed of eleven members: Heejin, Hyunjin, Haseul, Vivi, Yeojin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul, Choerry, Yves (singer), Yves, Go Won, and HyeJu. Originally a twelve-member group, Chuu was removed from the line-up on November 25, 2022, due to a contract dispute. The remaining members of the group departed Blockberry Creative later that year, putting the group on an indefinite hiatus. The group debuted as a full ensemble on August 19, 2018, with the extended play (EP) ''+ + (EP), [+ +],'' supported by the lead single "Favorite (Loona song), Favorite" and the title track "Hi High". Kim Ji-woo (, born October 20, 1999), known professionally by her stage name Chuu (), is a South Korean singer, actress and television personality. "Hi High" is a song released by South Korean girl group Loona. It was released on August 20, 2018, as the title track of Loona's EP '' +', by Blockberry Creative. It is the second single released by Loona as a full twelve-member group. Background and release A teaser for the music video of the song was released on August 17, 2018, and showed the members of Loona running towards somewhere. Various teaser images were also revealed in the lead up to the album's release. On August 20, "Hi High" was released alongside the album '' +' as its title track. Artms (; ; stylized in all caps) is a South Korean girl group formed by Modhaus. The group consists of five Loona members: Heejin, Haseul, Kim Lip, Jinsoul, and Choerry. They debuted on May 31, 2024, with the single "Virtual Angel" from their debut album '' DALL''. "Favorite" (stylized as "favOriTe") is the debut single released by South Korean girl group Loona. It was released on August 7, 2018, by Blockberry Creative as a digital single. This was their first release as a full twelve-member group. Composition The lyrics were written by Kim Su-jung and Jaden Jeong. It was produced by Sophia Pae and BADD's SlyBerry, Billie Jean, and Kim Jin-hyeong. It was described by ''Billboard'' as a brassy dance track that overflows with charisma and bright percussion. The label previously managed soloist Sunye, and the girl group Loona. History Blockberry Creative was officially established on March 22, 2016, as a subsidiary label of Polaris Entertainment.
