Long River (Guangxi)
The Long River ( Chinese: 龙江, pinyin: Lóng Jiāng, literally: ''Dragon River'') is a river system in northern Guangxi Province, China. It is a part of the larger Pearl River system by way of the Liu, Qian, Xun, and Xi Rivers. Its true source is in Sandu Shui Autonomous County, Guizhou, where it is known as the Dagou He ( Chinese: 打狗河). It becomes the Jincheng Jiang ( Chinese: 金城江) after entering Guangxi and passes through Hechi. After joining with its left tributary, the Xiaohuan Jiang, it becomes known as the Long Jiang. It then passes through Yizhou before meeting with the Rong Jiang to become the Liu. The Jiulong River, formerly known as the Longjiang or Zhangjiang, is the largest river in southern Fujian and the second largest in the province. It has a length of and a basin of . Chang'e 4 (; ) is a robotic spacecraft mission in the Chinese Lunar Exploration Program of the CNSA. It made a soft landing on the far side of the Moon, the first spacecraft to do so, on 3 January 2019. A communication relay satellite, , was first launched to a halo orbit near the Earth–Moon L2 point in May 2018. The robotic lander and '' Yutu-2'' () rover were launched on 7 December 2018 and entered lunar orbit on 12 December 2018, before landing on the Moon's far side. On 15 January it was announced that seeds had sprouted in the lunar lander's biological experiment, the first plants to sprout on the Moon. Long River (Fujian)
The Long River or Longjiang is a river in Fujian Province, China. It starts in Putian's Hanjiang District and crosses into neighboring Fuqing in Fuzhou, where it flows into the Taiwan Strait at Haikou. The river is dammed upstream of Honglu. The dam forms the Dongzhang Reservoir, on the northern shore of which Dongzhang is located.
