List Of Spanish Football Transfers Winter 2009–10
This is a list of Spanish football transfers for the January sale in the 2009–10 season of 2009–10 La Liga, La Liga and 2009–10 Segunda División, Segunda División. Only moves from La Liga and Segunda División are listed. The winter transfer window opened on 1 January 2010, although a few transfers took place prior to that date. The window closed at midnight on 1 February 2010. Players without a club could have joined one at any time, either during or in between transfer windows. Clubs below La Liga level could also have signed players on loan at any time. If need be, clubs could have signed a goalkeeper on an emergency loan, if all others were unavailable. 2009–10 La Liga
The 2009–10 La Liga (known as the ''Liga BBVA'' for sponsorship reasons) was the 79th season of La Liga since its establishment. Barcelona were the defending champions, having won their 19th La Liga title in the previous season. The campaign began on 29 August 2009, and concluded on 16 May 2010; all top-flight European leagues ended earlier than the previous season due to the impending 2010 FIFA World Cup. A total of 20 teams contested the league, 17 of which already contested in the 2008–09 season, and three of which were promoted from the Segunda División. In addition, a new match ball – the Nike T90 Ascente – served as the official ball for all matches. On 16 May 2010, Barcelona secured a second consecutive La Liga title, and twentieth league title overall, following a 4–0 home victory against Valladolid. Levadiakos Football Club (officially romanized: ''Levadeiakos'' ) is a Greek professional football club that plays in the Super League Greece. Nicolás Esteban Medina Ríos (born 28 March 1987) is a Chilean former professional footballer who played as a forward. Club career Born in Santiago, Medina began his football career at Club Universidad de Chile, being promoted to the first team in 2006.
