This is a list of Iranian football transfers for the 2013–14 winter transfer window. Transfers of Iran Pro League is listed. Rules and regulations The Iranian Football Clubs who participate in 2013–14 Iran Pro League are allowed to have up to maximum 38 players (including up to maximum 4 non-Iranian players) in their player lists, which will be categorized in the following groups: * ''Up to maximum 21 adult (without any age limit) players'' * ''Up to maximum 9 under-23 players (i.e. the player whose birth is after 21 March 1990).'' * ''Up to maximum 5 under-21 players (i.e. the player whose birth is after 1 January 1993).'' * ''Up to maximum 3 under-19 players (i.e. the player whose birth is after 1 January 1995).'' According to Iran Football Federation rules for 2013-14 Football Season, each Football Club is allowed to take up to maximum 6 new players . Iran Pro League
The Persian Gulf Pro League (, ''Lig-e Bartar-e Xalij-e Fârs''), formerly known as the Iran Premier League (, ''Lig-e bartar-e Irân''), is a professional association football league in Iran and the highest level of the Iranian football league system. It is controlled by the FFIRI and is contested by 16 teams over a 30-matchday period. Each year, its top team becomes the Iranian football champion, and the two lowest finishers are relegated to the Azadegan League. Since 2013, the league comprises 16 teams. The winner of the Persian Gulf Pro League along with the Hazfi Cup champion automatically qualify for the AFC Champions League Elite group stages. The third of the Persian Gulf Pro League is qualified for the AFC Champions League Elite Play-off round. The bottom two teams in the league are relegated to Azadegan League. Farhad Majidi
Farhad Majidi (; born 3 June 1976) is an Iranian football coach and former player who most recently managed Al Bataeh Club. He mostly played as attacking midfielder for Esteghlal when he was a football player. He scored 2 important goal for AlAin at 2002–03 AFC Champions League Club career Having played for Esteghlal Tehran for several seasons, Majidi's performance attracted Rapid Vienna to recruit him for one season. However, the offer for a permanent transfer to Austria was not accepted by the Austrians, and they released Majidi who joined Al-Wasl in the UAE. In the UAE League and in combination with his compatriot Alireza Vahedi Nikbakht, Majidi scored a handful of goals and topped the league chart with Al Wasl. Iman Mobali (; born November 3, 1982) is an Iranian retired football player and coach. Club career Foolad Mobali joined Foolad's senior team in 2000. He was considered to be the creative dynamo of the highly talented Foolad, based in Iran's oil-rich Khuzestan province.
