Lisa Holm Sørensen
Lisa Holm Sørensen (born 29 September 1982) is a retired Danish professional golfer who played on the Ladies European Tour (LET) and won the Ladies Finnish Masters. Career Sørensen won her first LET event at the 2005 Ladies Finnish Masters, held at Helsinki Golf Club. Following the event Sørensen rose to 16th on the 2008 Money List and briefly became the leading Dane on the Ladies European Tour. Round of 62 (−11) In the first round of the 2009 SAS Ladies Masters at Larvik Golfklubb in Norway, Sørensen equalled the LET 18-hole record when she shot 62 (−11) on a par-73 course. At the time, she shared this feat with only three other players, Trish Johnson (1996 Ladies French Open), Kirsty Taylor (2005 Wales Ladies Championship of Europe) and Nina Reis (2008 Göteborg Masters). On August 7, 2016, Jim Furyk shot a 58 on the PGA Tour during the final round of the Travelers Championship, held at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Connecticut. The round set a new Tour record and was the seventh sub-60 round in the history of the PGA Tour. Background Furyk was 46 years old at the time of the round and in his 23rd year on the PGA Tour. The 2002 Espirito Santo Trophy took place 16–19 October at Saujana Golf and Country Club, on its Palm Course and Bunga Raya Course, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was the 20th women's golf World Amateur Team Championship for the Espirito Santo Trophy. The tournament was a 72-hole stroke play team event. There were 39 team entries, each with two or three players. Each team played two rounds at the Palm Course and two rounds at the Bunga Raya Course in different orders, but the 21 leading teams played the fourth round at the Palm Course. The Espirito Santo Trophy (World Women's Amateur Team Championships) is a biennial world amateur team golf championship for women organised by the International Golf Federation. The inaugural event was held in 1964. It was instituted by the French Golf Federation in an agreement with the United States Golf Association. It was planned by Lally Segard, at the time known as Vicomtesse de Saint Sauveur, from France and Mrs. Henri Prunaret from America. Segard also asked her friends Ricardo and Silvia Espirito Santo, from Portugal, to donate a trophy for the event, which they did. The 2003 European Ladies' Team Championship took place 8–12 July at Frankfurter Golf Club in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. It was the 23rd women's golf amateur European Ladies' Team Championship.
