Manoel Pessanha (23 March 1918 – 16 August 2003), known as Lelé, was a Brazilian footballer. He played in four matches for the Brazil national football team from 1940 to 1945. Campos dos Goytacazes () is a city located in the northern region of Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil, with a population of 483,540 inhabitants. It is the largest city in Rio de Janeiro (state) outside of the Greater Rio de Janeiro metropolitan area.
