Lauro Amadò (3 March 1912 – 6 June 1971), also known as Lajo, was a Switzerland, Swiss Association football, football player. Career Amadò was born in Lugano. Lugano ( , , ; ) is a city and municipality within the Lugano District in the canton of Ticino, Switzerland. It is the largest city in both Ticino and the Italian-speaking region of southern Switzerland. Lugano has a population () of , and an urban agglomeration of over 150,000.
