Langvatnet (Skjåk)
Langvatnet is a lake on the border of Skjåk Municipality in Innlandet county and Stryn Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. Most of the lake lies within Skjåk municipality. The lake lies in a narrow mountain valley in the Strynefjellet mountains. The lake is wedged between the mountain Langvasseggi to the north and Raudeggi to the south. Skjåk is a List of municipalities of Norway, municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. It is located in the Traditional districts of Norway, traditional district of Gudbrandsdal. Innlandet is a Counties of Norway, county in Norway. It was created on 1 January 2020 with the merger of the old counties of Oppland and Hedmark (Jevnaker Municipality and Lunner Municipality were transferred to the neighboring county of Viken (Norwegian county), Viken on the same date). Stryn Municipality
Stryn is a municipality in the county of Vestland, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Nordfjord. The administrative center of the municipality is the village of Stryn. The municipality is located along the innermost part of the Nordfjorden. Some of the main villages in Stryn include Loen, Innvik, Utvik, Randabygda, Olden, and Flo. The tall mountain is located in the Strynefjellet mountains and inside the Breheimen National Park, about southwest of the village of Grotli and about northeast of the village of Oppstryn. Breheimen National Park
Breheimen National Park () () is a national park that was established in 2009. The park is located in Skjåk Municipality and Lom Municipality in Innlandet county and in Luster Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The park covers of the Breheimen mountain range. The park encompasses some of the wettest and driest terrain in the country, with landscapes shaped over hundreds of thousands of years by glaciers, avalanches and other geological processes.
