The Land Transportation Office (LTO; ) is an agency of the Philippine government under the Department of Transportation (Philippines), Department of Transportation responsible for all land transportation in the Philippines. Functions of the LTO include the inspection and registration of motor vehicles, issuance of licenses and permits, enforcement of land transportation rules and regulations, and adjudication of traffic cases. East Avenue is a major street in the Diliman area of Quezon City, Philippines. It runs north–south through the eastern edge of Triangle Park. Pinyahan, sometimes spelled Piñahan, is a barangay of Quezon City, the Philippines. Etymology Pinyahan means "a place where pineapple is grown" in Tagalog language, Tagalog.
