Klang (music)
In music, ''klang'' (also "clang") is a term sometimes used to translate the German ''Klang'', a highly polysemic word. Technically, the term denotes any periodic sound, especially as opposed to simple periodic sounds (sine tones). In the German lay usage, it may mean "sound" or "tone" (as synonymous to ''Ton''), "musical tone" (as opposed to noise), "note", or "timbre"; a chord of three notes is called a ''Dreiklang'', etc. ''Klang'' has been used among others by Hugo Riemann and by Heinrich Schenker. In translations of their writings, it has erroneously been rendered as " chord" and more specifically as "chord of nature". The idea of the chord of nature connects with earlier ideas that can be found especially in French music theory. North Klang Straits Bypass
North Klang Straits Bypass, Federal Route 20, AH 141, is the main highway bypass to Port Klang in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. Federal Route 20 became the backbone of the road system linking Sungai Rasau to Port Klang before being surpassed by the New North Klang Straits Bypass 30. Many cargo trucks travel along the highway daily. Route background The Kilometre Zero of the Federal Route 20 starts at Northport Interchange near Port Klang. History The plan to build the bypass to Port Klang began in the late 1970s. Construction began in 1983 and completed on 1 January 1985. Today this highway are maintained by the Lebuhraya Shapadu Sdn Bhd (a member of Shapadu Corporation Sdn Bhd) and Malaysian Public Works Department (JKR). Pandamaran is a town and a state constituency in Klang District, Selangor, Malaysia. It is adjacent to Port Klang and close to Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital as well as Bandar Bukit Tinggi. Pandamaran is essentially a Chinese New Village area, it is served by excellent road connections and is one of the major industrial zones in the royal town of Klang. Gurdwara Sahib Klang
Gurdwara Sahib Klang is a Sikh gurdwara located in the town of Klang in Selangor, Malaysia. It was constructed between November 1993 and late 1995. Klang Gates Dam
Klang Gates Dam (Malay: ''Empangan Klang Gates'') is a dam in Ulu Klang, Gombak District, Selangor, Malaysia. It is also known as the Bukit Tabur Dam. Completed in 1958, the dam is the first dam in Malaysia for water supply. It is a concrete arch dam with a spillway in the centre. The reservoir impounded by the dam is one of the major sources of drinking water for residents of the Klang Valley, where the national capital, Kuala Lumpur, is located. The dam capacity is 25,104 million liters. The Bukit Nanas water treatment plant takes raw water from this reservoir and produces 145 million liters of treated water per day. The Genting Klang–Pahang Highway or officially Jalan Genting Klang and Jalan Pahang, as it is locally known (Federal Route 2), is a major highway in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. New North Klang Straits Bypass (NNKSB) or Shapadu Highway (/) ( Malay: ''Lebuhraya Pintas Selat Klang Utara Baru'' or ''Lebuhraya Shapadu'') is an expressway in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. Duta–Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE, E33), is the main expressway network in Klang Valley, Malaysia. The expressway connects New Klang Valley Expressway's Jalan Duta Interchange (E1) to Taman Hillview Interchange on Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 28 in Ulu Klang.
