Alexander Kühl
Alexander Kühl (Kuehl) (born January 7, 1973) is a former 7' 2", 300-lbs. professional basketball player born in Rendsburg, West Germany. He played college basketball in the US at Charlotte after playing 2 years at Palm Beach Community College (now Palm Beach State College). After graduating from UNC Charlotte, he played professionally in Europe for 6 years. Pre-professional career Kühl started his collegiate career at Palm Beach Community College, where he played from 1993–1995. In his freshman year, Kühl posted averages of 8.7 points and 7.8 rebounds per game in 32 games. As a sophomore, he also played in 32 games and averaged 12.2 points and 9.4 rebounds per game. He played and started in 64 straight games for PBCC and was named to the All-Southern Conference JC Team his sophomore season. Jerome Kuehl (widely known as Jerry Kuehl) was a television producer and historian who made substantial contributions to three landmark series ''The Great War (TV series), The Great War'', ''The World at War'', and ''Cold War (TV series), Cold War'', as well as serving as a director of the production company Open Media from 1986 until his death in London in 2018. Karl Otto Kuehl (pronounced "keel"; September 5, 1937 – August 6, 2008) was an American professional baseball player and a scout, farm system official, coach and manager in Major League Baseball. He also was the co-author of two books on the mental approach to baseball: ''The Mental Game of Baseball: A Guide to Peak Performance'' (1989) and ''A Champion's State of Mind'' (2005). Ryan Phillip Kuehl (born January 18, 1972) is an American former professional football long snapper in the National Football League (NFL). Early life Kuehl attended Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda, Maryland, where he was a prep All-American selection as a senior. Sheila James Kuehl (born February 9, 1941) is an American politician and retired actress, who served as a member of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors for the 3rd District from 2014 to 2022. Kuehl was California's first openly gay state legislator, having previously served in the California State Senate and the California State Assembly, where she was the Assembly's first female speaker pro tem.
