Raghuvaran
Raghuvaran Velayuthan Nair (11 December 1958 – 19 March 2008) was an Indian actor who predominantly acted in films made in South India. He has acted in more than 200 Tamil language, Tamil, Telugu language, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi films. According to the ''Hindustan Times'', "The actor had carved a niche for himself with his special style and voice modulation." He played the protagonist of a Tamil soap opera, ''Oru Manithanin Kathai#Adaptations, Oru Manithanin Kathai'', about a well-to-do man who becomes an alcoholic. He received critical acclaim for his role as Father Alphonso in the Malayalam movie ''Daivathinte Vikruthikal'', directed by Lenin Rajendran and based on M. Mukundan's novel of the same name. Raveendran (actor)
Raveendran is an Indian actor, primarily concentrating in Malayalam and Tamil films and he was a very busy actor of both these languages in the 1980s. A multi-faceted personality, Raveendran is also a screenwriter, interior designer, anchor, a film scholar, an acting coach, social activist and director of film festivals like Kochi Metro (Malayalam) Short Film Fest. He is an alumnus of the Adyar Film Institute. Career Raveendran had his specialisation in acting and passed out from Adyar Film Institute (now called M.G.R. Government Film and Television Training Institute) in 1979. Rama Narayanan
Rama Narayanan (3 April 1949 – 22 June 2014) was an Indian film director and film producer. In the 1980s, he was known as a director who specialized in shooting commercial films in which animals played vital roles, while in the 1990s, several of his films were based on Hindu devotional subjects. Career Narayanan came to Chennai intending to become a songwriter, but he became a dialogue writer for films. He and his friend M. A. Khaja started to write dialogues together under the pen name Ram-Rahim. In 1976, Narayanan wrote his first story, screenplay and dialogue for the film ''Aasai Arubadhu Naal''. He produced his first film ''Meenakshi Kungumam'' in 1977 and directed his first film ''Sumai'' in 1981. He also wrote the script for Chiranjeevi's film ''Punnami Naagu (1980 film), Punnami Naagu''. Viji was an Indian actress, who appeared in Tamil films. She made her debut in '' Kozhi Koovuthu'' and acted in over 40 films. Biography Viji made her debut in Gangai Amaren's '' Kozhi Koovuthu''. During shooting for a song sequence in the Vijay-starrer ''Poove Unakkaga'', Viji experienced hip and back pain and she underwent an operation on her spinal cord in 1996 at the Chennai Apollo Hospitals. The operation failed and doctors found an acute infection in the wound caused by the surgery. After more surgeries, Viji suffered temporary paralysis. She filed a lawsuit on Apollo Hospitals which returned Rs 30,000. Viji recovered after a corrective surgery and made a comeback to films in 2000 with '' Simmasanam''. Shankar–Ganesh is an Indian music director duo who has worked on Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Telugu movies for around 50 years. They also directed one movie '' Jagathalaprathapan'' in 1990 Personal life Shankar was the younger brother of music director C. R. Subbaraman while Ganesh was the son-in-law of G. N. Velumani who produced films like ''Bhaagapirivinai'' and ''Paalum Pazhamum''. Career They started as assistants to Tamil music composers M. S. Viswanathan and T. K. Ramamoorthy in 1964 and later the duo assisted M.S.Viswanathan alone from 1965 till 1967.
