Kristian Rambjør
Kristian Rambjør (24 February 1938 – 4 February 2015) was a Norwegian businessperson. He hailed from Frei Municipality, but left home at the age of 15 to work at Akers mekaniske verksted in Oslo. He also took a secondary education and a multitude of courses, and then a three-year maritime engineering education in Bergen (city), Bergen. He advanced in the ranks of Akers Mek. and headed the corporate staff in Aker Norcem from 1987 to 1988. He then embarked on a turbulent banking career, as chief executive officer of Den norske Creditbank from 1988 to 1990, then vice chief executive in Den norske Bank in 1990. From 1990 to 1995 he was the president of the Norwegian State Railways (1883–1996), Norwegian State Railways He was removed with a golden parachute of . He resided in Tjøme Municipality and was active in the Conservative Party (Norway), Conservative Party there. Frei Municipality
Frei is a List of former municipalities of Norway, former municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The municipality existed from 1838 until its dissolution in 2008 when it was incorporated into Kristiansund Municipality. It was located between the Kvernesfjorden and Freifjorden, primarily including the Frei (island), island of Frei and the smaller surrounding islands. The administrative centre of the municipality was the village of Rensvik, the largest village on the island, located on the northern end of the island. Other main villages that were in Frei Municipality included the villages of Nedre Frei and Storbakken, both located on the southern end of the island and the village of Kvalvåg, located on the eastern side of the island. The main church for the municipality was Frei Church, located in the village of Nedre Frei. Harald Arnkværn
Harald Arnkværn (born 5 February 1939) is a Norwegian barrister and businessperson. He was born in Oslo. He finished his secondary education in 1957 and took the cand.jur. degree in 1964. He was a deputy judge in Ringerike District Court from 1964 to 1965, then a junior solicitor from 1965 to 1972 with a study leave at the University of Illinois Law School from 1967 to 1968. He took the lawyer's license in 1966 and was a barrister (a lawyer with access to Supreme Court cases) from 1972. He was employed in Christiania Spigerverk from 1965 to 1974 and Den norske Creditbank from 1974 to 1988. In 1988 he was acting chief executive officer of DnC. He then continued his career as a barrister in the law firm Haavind Vislie. He succeeded Knut Rasmussen as chair of the supervisory council in UNI Storebrand in 1992. Erik Engebretsen is a Norwegian businessperson. He grew up as a baker's son in Grønland, Oslo, but the family moved to Bestum in his youth. He took economics education at the BI Norwegian Business School and also studied at the University of Wisconsin. Oslo University Hospital, Aker (also known as Aker Hospital or just Aker) is one of the four main campuses of Oslo University Hospital. Osmund Ueland (born 27 September 1947) is a Norwegian civil servant and former CEO of Norges Statsbaner (NSB). An engineer by education, he worked for Aker from 1975 to 1990. From 1990 to 1994, he headed the Lillehammer Olympic Organising Committee (LOOC). In 1994, he was hired as CEO for NSB Gardermobanen; the next year he was promoted to become CEO in the Norwegian State Railways. Tore Lindholt
Tore Lindholt (13 October 1941 – 14 November 2021) was a Norwegian economist, civil servant and politician for the Labour Party. He was twice the acting director of the Norwegian State Railways, and Folketrygdfondet from 1990 to 2004. He was born in Trondheim as a son of Torbjørn Torstensen Lindholt (1916–1982) and Ruth Borgny Lund (1922–2001). He was the oldest of eight children. He graduated from the University of Oslo with a cand.oecon. degree in 1967, and worked as a research fellow from 1968 to 1971. He had short spells in Kreditkassen from 1971 to 1972 and the Ministry of Finance from 1973 to 1974, but mainly worked as an associate professor at the University of Oslo from 1972.
