Kota Kinabalu Line
The Kota Kinabalu Line ( ms, Laluan Kota Kinabalu) is a proposed light rapid transit (LRT) system network in Kota Kinabalu as one of the method to ease traffic congestion in the city. The proposal has been considered, and as reported in the government website, the project was in the ground breaking process under the Kota Kinabalu development plan. The current under construction project of the ''Aeropod'' rail station in Tanjung Aru also has made a provision for LRT in their plan. In early 2017, an assemblyman from Inanam Roland Chia stressed the importance of having an LRT system to solve the present traffic congestion in Kota Kinabalu which is getting worse. Proposing to the government to look at examples from other developed countries cities such as in Australia and the United Kingdom which provide rail transport on the basis of need rather than population size. Light Metro
A medium-capacity system (MCS), also known as light rapid transit or light metro, is a rail transport system with a capacity greater than light rail, but less than typical heavy-rail rapid transit. MCS’s trains are usually 1-4 cars, or 1 light rail vehicle (LRV). Most medium-capacity rail systems are automated or use light rail type vehicles. Light rail is considered high capacity as trains use 2-4 LRVs. Since ridership determines the scale of a rapid transit system, statistical modeling allows planners to size the rail system for the needs of the area. When the predicted ridership falls between the service requirements of a light rail and heavy rail or metro system, an MCS project is indicated. Roland Chia

Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit
The Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit project is a planned three-line mass rapid transit (MRT) system in the Klang Valley (Greater Kuala Lumpur), an urban conurbation in Malaysia which includes the capital city of Kuala Lumpur. The MRT lines, when completed, would be operated as components of the Klang Valley Integrated Transit System. Once completed, the MRT would serve to strengthen the current rail transit network in the Klang Valley, integrating the various existing rail lines while alleviating the severe traffic congestion in the Klang Valley metropolitan area. Inanam is a suburb and sub-district of Kota Kinabalu in Sabah, Malaysia. It is situated 10 kilometres from the city centre. History OKK Majimbun Majangkin is known as one of the key player in Inanam development. Tanjung Aru is a sub-district of Kota Kinabalu in Sabah, of Malaysia. Its main feature is its beach called Tanjung Aru Beach which stretches to over 2 kilometres long along with new skyscrapers.
