Khatana is a sub clan of the Gujjar ethnic group found in India, Afghanistan and Pakistan. They follow different religions, such as Hinduism, Islam, and Sikhism. Doi (clan)
Doi is a sub clan of the Gurjar, Gujjar ethnic group of Pakistan, Afghanistan and India. Families related to this clan speak many local languages (including Kashmiri language, Kashmiri, Punjabi language, Punjabi) and this clan is found in Punjab, Azad Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Islamabad regions of Pakistan. Kunduana
Kunduana, (Urdu: کندوآنہ) or Kundwana is a Muslim offshoot of the Khatana clan of the Gurjars found in Pakistan and India. Spelling variations Kunduana has following spelling variations: Kanduana, Kundwana, Kunduana and Kundoana. Keeping in view the name of Kandu, their ancestor, spelling Kanduana seem to be more correct but odd to pronounce hence Kundwana, Kunduana or Kundoana. Definition A Kunduana is a descendant of Kandu, a leading Gujjar belonging to early modern period of Gujrat, Pakistan around the time when Akbar inhabited the Gujrat City in 1580 CE. Gujjar
The Gurjar (or Gujjar, Gujar, Gurjara) are an agricultural ethnic community, residing mainly in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, divided internally into various clan groups. They were traditionally involved in agriculture, pastoral and nomadic activities and formed a large heterogeneous group. The historical role of Gurjars has been quite diverse in society: at one end they have been found related to several kingdoms and, at the other end, some are still nomads with no land of their own. Gujrat ( Punjabi, ) is a district of Gujrat Division in the Pakistani province of Punjab. The Gujrat District was created by the British Government in 1846. Hazara (Hindko: هزاره; Urdu: ), historically known as Pakhli, is a region in northern Pakistan, falling administratively within the Hazara Division of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
