Kev Hopgood
Kev Hopgood (born 25 August 1961) is a British comic artist who has been drawing comic books since 1984. He specialises in artwork for science fiction and fantasy comics. Biography Hopgood started his career in British comics getting work at '' 2000 AD'' and Marvel UK from the mid-1980s onwards on titles like '' Tharg's Future Shocks'', '' Spider-Man and Zoids'', and ''Action Force''. At Marvel Comics in the early-1990s, he was the main artist on ''Iron Man'' where, with writer Len Kaminski, he created War Machine (James Rhodes had appeared earlier, but the alias "War Machine" and the armour were created by Hopgood/Kaminski). War Machine later received his own eponymous series and appeared in the feature films ''Iron Man'' and '' Iron Man 2''. Mike Collins is an English comic book artist and writer and has been working in comics since the mid-1980s. Biography Collins moved to Wales in 1985 after an abortive stab at a career in the law, in London. Despite his law degree and experience working in law courts Mike decided that he enjoyed the fiction-based life of comic book characters over the fiction-based statements of clients. He was married to Karen Collins and they have three daughters, Bethan, Rebecca and Rhiannon and a granddaughter Annie. He lives in Cardiff. ''The Mighty World Of Marvel'' (commonly shortened to ''MWOM'') was a British comic book series published first by Marvel UK and then by Panini Comics. Debuting on 30 September 1972, it was the first title published by Marvel UK and ran until 1984. Graham McNeill is a Scottish novelist and video game writer. He is best known for his Warhammer Fantasy and Warhammer 40,000 novels, and his previous role as games designer for Games Workshop. Daniel P. Abnett ( ; born 12 October 1965) is an English comic book writer and novelist. He has been a frequent collaborator with fellow writer Andy Lanning, and has worked on books for both Marvel Comics, and their UK imprint, Marvel UK, since the 1990s, and also ''2000 AD (comics), 2000 AD''.
