Karl-Sören Hedlund
Karl-Sören "Kalle" Hedlund (January 28, 1938 – September 26, 2021) was a Swedish ice hockey forward. He was known for being a member of the "Mosquito Line" on Skellefteå AIK together with Anders Andersson and Eilert Määttä. Skellefteå AIK is a Swedish professional ice hockey club from Skellefteå. They currently play In the Swedish Hockey League. They play their home games in Skellefteå Kraft Arena, which seats 6,001 spectators. The team has won the Swedish Championship four times – in 1978, 2013, 2014 and 2024. Anders Andersson (ice Hockey)
Åke Anders "Akka" Andersson (2 January 1937 – 15 December 1989) was a Swedish ice hockey centre in the 1950s and 1960s. He played 132 international games for Sweden, including seven IIHF World Championships and two Winter Olympics, in 1960 and 1964. Andersson played on the famous "Mosquito Line" with Eilert Määttä and Kalle Hedlund. Eilert Määttä
Yngve Eilert "Garvis" Määttä (22 September 1935 – 7 May 2011) was a Swedish professional ice hockey player and coach. He played for Skellefteå AIK and Södertälje SK. In international play he scored the game tying 4–4 goal in the 1957 World Ice Hockey Championships in the final game against the Soviet Union that clinched the tournament win for Sweden. The 1958 Ice Hockey World Championships were held between February 28 and March 9, 1958, in Oslo, Norway at the Jordal Amfi arena. The Whitby Dunlops represented Canada, winning the World Championship for the 17th time. Skellefteå AIK Players
Skellefteå (, locally ) is a city in Västerbotten County, Sweden, with a population of 36,388. It is the seat of Skellefteå Municipality, which had 77,322 inhabitants in 2024. The city is historically industrial, with mining being a large part of that industry, especially for gold, leading to the city being nicknamed ''Guldstaden'' ("gold town"). Politically, Skellefteå is a Social Democratic stronghold.
