Karina Schönmaier
Karina Schönmaier (born 4 August 2005) is a German artistic gymnast. She is the 2025 European Champion on vault. Gymnastics career 2022–2024 In 2022 Schönmaier competed at the DTB Pokal Team Challenge where she won bronze on vault. Later that year she competed at her first World Championships. Initially she was the second reserve for the all-around final but was substituted in after both Flávia Saraiva and Tang Xijing withdrew; she ultimately finished 22nd. The following year she once again competed at both the DTB Pokal Team Challenge and the World Championships; she won silver on vault at the former. In 2024 Schönmaier competed at her first European Championships where she helped Germany placed sixth as a team. Individually she qualified to the vault final where she finished fifth. Angela Andreoli
Angela Andreoli (born 6 June 2006) is an Italian artistic gymnast. She was a member of the historic team that won silver at the 2024 Olympic Games. Additionally she was a member of the gold medal-winning teams at the 2022 Mediterranean Games, the 2022 European Championships, and the 2024 European Championships. Individually she is the 2022 Mediterranean Games bronze medalist on vault as well as the 2022 and 2024 European bronze medalist on floor exercise. Early life Andreoli was born in Brescia, Italy in 2006. She currently trains at the International Academy of Brixia. Junior gymnastics career Espoir: 2017–19 Andreoli competed at the 2017 Tournoi International in the espoir division. The uneven bars or asymmetric bars is an artistic gymnastics apparatus. It is made of a steel frame. The bars are made of fiberglass with wood coating, or less commonly wood. The English abbreviation for the event in gymnastics scoring is UB or AB, and the apparatus and event are often referred to simply as "bars". The vault is an artistic gymnastics maneuver typically performed on a pommel horse or a vaulting table. Both male and female gymnasts perform the vault. The English abbreviation for the event in gymnastics scoring is VT. The apparatus German Friedrich Ludwig Jahn popularized the vault's early forms. The apparatus itself originated as a "horse", much like the pommel horse but without the handles; it was sometimes known as the vaulting horse. ''Sportschau'' is a German sports magazine on broadcaster ARD, produced by WDR in Cologne. The magazine started in 1961. Oksana Aleksandrovna Chusovitina (; born 19 June 1975) is an Uzbekistani gymnastics, artistic gymnast who previously represented the Soviet Union and Germany. Ruby Grace Evans (born 17 March 2007) is a Welsh artistic gymnast and a member of the British national team. She was part of the silver-medal winning team at the 2024 European Championships and is a five-time Northern European champion. She represented Great Britain at the 2024 Summer Olympics. Early life Evans was born in Cardiff in 2007. She began training in gymnastics when she was four years old.
