Karel Krejčí
Karel Krejčí (born 20 December 1968) is a Czech football manager and former player who was the manager of Czech Republic U-21. He was born in Plzeň. Playing career Krejčí played in the Czech First League in the 1990s, representing FC Svit Zlín, 1. FK Příbram and České Budějovice. His last First League match was three minutes in a 7–0 loss to Sparta Prague. Managerial career Following his career as a player, Krejčí became coach of Příbram reserve football team. Krejčí joined Czech First League side Plzeň as manager in April 2008 for the end of the 2007–08 Czech First League after Levý´s departure. In new season he became assistant of new head coach Jaroslav Šilhavý and later Pavel Vrba. Plzeň
Plzeň (), also known in English and German as Pilsen (), is a city in the Czech Republic. It is the Statutory city (Czech Republic), fourth most populous city in the Czech Republic with about 188,000 inhabitants. The Czech First League () also known as the Chance Liga for sponsorship reasons, is a professional association football league in the Czech Republic and the highest level of the Czech Republic football league system. Seasons typically run from August to May, most games are played on Saturdays and Sundays with few games played on Fridays. All Chance Liga clubs qualify for the Czech Cup. Miroslav Koubek
Miroslav Koubek (born 1 September 1951) is a Czech manager and former goalkeeper, currently managing Viktoria Plzeň. He won the Czech First League with Plzeň in the 2014–15 season. Coaching career Koubek coached several Czech clubs. He led SK Kladno to the Czech Second League title in the 2005–06 season, securing the club's return to top-flight football for the first time since 1970. In the 2008–09 season, he led FC Zenit Čáslav to second place in the Czech Second League and promotion to the First League, although Čáslav eventually sold the First League license to rivals and remained in the Second League. Koubek joined FC Baník Ostrava in June 2009, leading them to third place in the 2009–10 Czech First League. Pavel Vrba (born 6 December 1963) is a Czech Republic, Czech association football, football manager and former player. He is known for applying an offensive football philosophy in the teams he coaches. As a player, Vrba played for several clubs, including Baník Ostrava. Jaroslav Šilhavý
Jaroslav Šilhavý (; born 3 November 1961) is a Czech professional football manager and former player. As a player, Šilhavý made a total of 464 top flight appearances spanning the end of the Czechoslovak First League and the beginning of the Czech First League, scoring 25 goals. His 464 appearances was a Czech league record until 6 November 2022, when Šilhavý was surpassed by Milan Petržela. His son, Tomáš Šilhavý, also played football in the Czech First League. As a manager, Šilhavý won the 2011–12 Czech First League with Slovan Liberec.
