Kaan Gürbüz
Kaan Gürbüz (born 16 August 2001) is a Turkey men's national volleyball team, Turkish international volleyball player. He is left handed and plays as outside hitter for Fenerbahçe S.K. (men's volleyball), Fenerbahçe of the Turkish Men's Volleyball League, AXA Sigorta Efeler Ligi and the 2024–25 CEV Champions League, CEV Champions League. Career Born in 2001, the young outside hitter started playing volleyball at Fabrika Voleybol at a young age. He then played at TVF Fine Arts and Sports High School, TVF Spor Lisesi in 2015, played there for 4 years. He also succeeded in wearing the A Team jersey in the 1st League. Kaan, who started playing in the 1st League team TFL Altekma in the 2019-2020 season, had a share in TFL Altekma's promotion to the Efeler League. He had a successful season at TFL Altekma in the 2020-2021 season. On 2 August 2021, he joined Fenerbahçe S.K. (men's volleyball), Fenerbahçe. Efeler Ligi, known for sponsorship reasons as AXA Sigorta Efeler Ligi, is the highest professional men's volleyball league in Turkey. It is run by the Turkish Volleyball Federation. Founded in 1970, the league is considered one of the top national leagues in European volleyball, as its clubs have made significant success in European competitions. Turkish Men's Volleyball Cup
The Turkish Men's Volleyball Cup () is a national cup competition for professional men's volleyball teams in Turkey, organised by the Turkish Volleyball Federation since the 1988–89 season. Between 2003 and 2007, the tournament was not held for four consecutive seasons. Most successful team of the competition are Halkbank with seven titles. Current champions are Arkas, who won their 3rd title by defeating rivals Galatasaray 3–2 in the 2022 final. 2023–24 CEV Cup
The 2023–24 CEV Cup was the 52nd edition of the second most important European volleyball club competition organised by the European Volleyball Confederation. This year’s edition of the CEV Cup consisted of 44 teams, of which 29 teams qualified directly for the CEV Cup; 11 teams were the losers from the Champions League qualification phase; and the remaining 4 joined the rest in the quarterfinals, being transferred there from the Champions League group stage as the 3rd placed teams in their respective pools. Asseco Resovia won their maiden CEV Cup, beating SVG Lüneburg in the finals. Stéphen Boyer was named MVP of the final match. CEV Cup
The CEV Cup is the second tier official competition for men's Volleyball clubs of Europe. The competition takes place every year. Until 2000, it was the CEV Cup Winners' Cup. The Iran men's national volleyball team is the official national men's volleyball team of Iran. In team sports, a most valuable player (MVP) award is an honor typically bestowed upon an individual (or individuals, in the instance of a tie) whose individual performance is the greatest in an entire league, for a particular competition, or on a specific team. BVA Cup
The BVA Cup ( Balkan Volleyball Association Cup) is a volleyball competition contested by the respective national volleyball championship winning teams of nations in the Balkans. The tournament was founded in 2008 under the auspices of the Balkan Volleyball Association.
