It is owned by Mission Broadcasting, which maintains local marketing agreement, joint sales and shared services agreements (JSA/SSA) with Nexstar Media Group, owner of NBC affiliate KAMR-TV (channel 4) and low-power broadcasting#Television, low-power MyNetworkTV affiliate KCPN-LD (channel 33), for the provision of certain services.
