Jhoao Ward
Jhoao Santiago Ward Gallegos (born May 4, 1989 in Callao) is a Peruvian footballer who plays as a striker for Sport Áncash in the Peruvian Segunda Division. Club career He developed as a youth player in the popular football academy Academia Deportiva Cantolao. He moved to Alianza Lima. He then played in their youth team and was the top goalscorer of the U-20 team of Alianza Lima. In 2008, he was promoted to the first team. He never made his official debut with Alianza. In 2009, he was loaned to José Gálvez FBC. Academia Deportiva Cantolao is a Peruvian football club based in the city of Callao, Peru. However, the club is mostly known for its youth academy. Their football academy is considered one of the best in Peru. Academia Cantolao has educated many players who have gone on to play in the Torneo Descentralizado (Peruvian top-flight) and abroad, including many Peruvian international players. Club Sportivo Cienciano is a professional football club based in Cusco, Peru that currently plays in the Peruvian Primera División. The club was founded in 1901 by a group of students of the ''Colegio Nacional Ciencias del Cusco'' (National Science School of Cusco). They decided to give the club its name based on the word ''Ciencias'', which means "Science".
