Julio César Enciso Espínola (born 23 January 2004) is a Paraguayan professional Association football, footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder or winger (association football), winger for club Brighton & Hove Albion F.C., Brighton & Hove Albion, and the Paraguay national football team, Paraguay national team.
