Juha Malinen
Juha Malinen (born 16 July 1958) is a Finnish association football, football coach with a total of 20 seasons at the highest level. Malinen most recently managed Veikkausliiga club Kotkan Työväen Palloilijat, KTP. Managerial career Malinen was born in Oulu. He was coming to the end of his short career as a football player in 1978 when he decided to enroll as a student at the University of Oulu Department of Education. He started his career as a teacher just before he would have graduated, and thus didn't complete his studies. While working as a teacher he found himself yearning for a job where he could see more concretely the impact of his work. He soon became interested in football coaching. Juha Petteri Lind (born 2 January 1974 in Helsinki, Finland) is a Finnish former professional ice hockey player. Lind started his career with Jokerit his hometown team. He was drafted 178th overall by the Minnesota North Stars in the 1992 NHL Entry Draft. He remained with Jokerit until 1997 when he joined the Dallas Stars. He would spend two years in Dallas before being sent to the Montreal Canadiens in a trade for Scott Thornton. Lind moved to Södertälje SK in Sweden's Elitserien in 2001 and after three seasons, he returned to Jokerit in 2004. Twilightning was a Finnish power metal band from Imatra, which formed in 1998. They disbanded in June 2009. Biography Twilightning formed in 1998, consisting of guitarists Tommi Sartanen and Ville Wallenius, bassist Jussi Kainulainen, and drummer Juha Leskinen, with Tommi also on vocals. After releasing their first demo in 1999, they were joined by keyboardist Mikko Naukkarinen. Following the release of their second demo in 2001, Heikki Pöyhiä joined as lead singer. With this reinforced lineup, they release a third demo, which demonstrated their strong influence from 1980s heavy metal. Juha Ilmari Leiviskä (17 March 1936 – 9 November 2023) was a Finnish architect and designer. He was especially known for his churches and other sacral buildings. Life and career The son of engineer Toivo Ilmari Leiviskä and teacher Sonja Jämsén-Astala, Leiviskä studied architecture at Helsinki University of Technology, qualifying as an architect in 1963. He established his own office in 1964, while also working as a teaching assistant at Helsinki University of Technology. Leiviskä also worked with architect Bertel Saarnio, and together they won the architectural competition for the Kouvola Town Hall (1964–68), regarded as one of the most significant public buildings in Finland during the 1960s, brought much critical attention to the young architect. Juha Leimu (born January 30, 1983, in Tampere, Finland) is a Finnish former professional ice hockey defenceman. Playing career Leimu made his SM-liiga debut in 2009–10 when he was offered an eight-game trial period with Tappara having spent the start of the season in Lempäälän Kisa. After the tryout his contract was extended for the rest of the season. Leimu recorded 24 points in 36 games and was awarded a three-year extension in May 2010.
