Judson is an unincorporated community in Gregg County, Texas, United States. According to the Handbook of Texas, the community had an estimated population of 650 in 2000. It is part of the Longview, Texas Metropolitan Statistical Area. Judson is located along Spur 502 (Judson Rd) in northern Gregg County, several miles north of Longview. Judson has a post office with the ZIP code 75660. Public education in the community is provided by the Longview Independent School District. Gregg County is a county located in the eastern part of the U.S. state of Texas. As of the 2020 census, its population was 124,239. Its county seat is Longview. The county is named after John Gregg, a Confederate general killed in action during the American Civil War. Longview Independent School District is a public 5A school district based in Longview, Texas (USA). In addition to serving most of Longview, the district serves the city of Lakeport, most of Easton, a very small portion of East Mountain, and rural areas in eastern Gregg County.
