Juan Ramón Jara
Juan Ramón Jara MartÃnez (born 6 August 1970) is a retired football defender from Paraguay. Club career Jara started his career with Olimpia in Paraguay before moving to Argentina to play for clubs such as Rosario Central, Independiente and Colón de Santa Fe. He spent his best years playing for Rosario Central, where he earned than 100 caps, and was part of the team that finished as runners-up in the 1998 Copa CONMEBOL. Jara then returned to Paraguay to play again for Olimpia and then had brief stints at Nueva Chicago (Argentina), Emelec (Ecuador), Nacional and 3 de Febrero (Paraguay) before finally playing for Portuguesa Fútbol Club of Venezuela in 2007. Asunción
Asunción (, ) is the capital and the largest city of Paraguay. The city stands on the eastern bank of the Paraguay River, almost at the confluence of this river with the Pilcomayo River. Club Nacional is a Paraguayan professional football club based in the neighbourhood of Obrero in Asunción. Founded in 1904, the club currently plays in the Paraguayan Primera División, and holds its home games at Estadio Arsenio Erico. Carlos Alberto Gamarra Pavón () (born 17 February 1971) is a Paraguayan former professional footballer who played as a centre back. He captained the Paraguay national team at international level and was for a long time the most capped player in Paraguayan football history, having made 110 international appearances and scoring 12 goals.
