Juan Jaime (baseball)
Juan Jose Jaime Hernandez (August 2, 1987 – December 27, 2024) was a Dominican professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Atlanta Braves. Career Washington Nationals Jaime signed as an amateur free agent with the Washington Nationals. In 2007, Jaime pitched for the Nationals team in the rookie-level Dominican Summer League. He logged a total of 26 innings in 14 relief appearances, winning 3 games, losing none, and recording a 1.35 ERA. During this span, he struck out 34 batters while issuing just 14 bases on balls. Jaime underwent Tommy John surgery in April 2010, and was subsequently ruled out for the entirety of the season. On November 19, 2010, Jaime was claimed off waivers by the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Lynchburg Hillcats are a Minor League Baseball team in Lynchburg, Virginia that plays in the Carolina League and is the Single-A affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians. They were a farm team of the Atlanta Braves from 2011 to 2014, the Cincinnati Reds in 2010, and the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1995 to 2009. The Hillcats play home games at Bank of the James Stadium; refurbished and renamed in 2004, the stadium seats 4,291 fans. The Oklahoma City Comets are a Minor League Baseball team of the Pacific Coast League (PCL) and the Triple-A (baseball), Triple-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Christopher Michael Withrow (born April 1, 1989) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Atlanta Braves. Career Amateur career Withrow attended Midland Christian School in Midland, Texas. Juan Cespedes Uribe Tena (born March 22, 1979) is a Dominican former professional baseball infielder. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Colorado Rockies, Chicago White Sox, San Francisco Giants, Los Angeles Dodgers, Atlanta Braves, New York Mets and Cleveland Indians.
