Miss Earth 2005 was the fifth edition of the Miss Earth pageant, held at the University of the Philippines Theater in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines, on October 23, 2005. Priscilla Meirelles of Brazil crowned Alexandra Braun of Venezuela as her successor at the end of the event. Like Brazil, Venezuela made history by becoming the second country to win all the Big Four international beauty pageants. The Serbian Cyrillic alphabet (, ), also known as the Serbian script, (, ), is a standardized variation of the Cyrillic script used to write the Serbian language. It originated in medieval Serbia and was significantly reformed in the 19th century by the Serbian philologist and linguist Vuk Karadžić. The Serbian Cyrillic alphabet is one of the two official scripts used to write modern standard Serbian, the other being Gaj's Latin alphabet.
