José Santiago Hernández García (born 1 May 1997) is a Mexican professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Liga MX club Atlas. International career Hernández was included in the under-21 roster that participated in the 2018 Toulon Tournament, where Mexico would finish runners-up. Hernández was called up by Jaime Lozano to participate with the under-22 team at the 2019 Toulon Tournament, where Mexico won third place. He was called up by Lozano again to participate at the 2019 Pan American Games, with Mexico winning the third-place match. Football at the Pan American Games is an association football competition organized by Panam Sports in the continental multi-sport event of the Pan American Games. The men's tournament has been played since 1951, it has restricted the participation of elite players in various ways. The women's tournament has been played since 1999, it is for senior national teams. The tournament was played in a league format from 1951 to 1963, neither the final nor bronze medal match was hosted. Campeón de Campeones () is an association football competition in Mexico and the domestic super cup between the Liga MX champions of the ''Apertura'' and ''Clausura'' tournaments.
