José R. Oliva (born January 6, 1973) is an American Republican Party (United States), Republican politician from Florida. He served in the Florida House of Representatives, representing the Hialeah, Florida, Hialeah and Miami Lakes, Florida, Miami Lakes area in northern Miami-Dade County, Florida, Miami-Dade County from 2011 to 2020.
