José MarÃa Arancibia
José MarÃa Arancibia (11 April 1937) is a prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as auxiliary bishop of Roman Catholic Diocese of Córdoba, Córdoba from 1987 until 1993 when he became coadjutor archbishop of Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Mendoza, Mendoza. He was archbishop of Mendoza from 1996 until his retirement in 2012. Raúl Francisco Primatesta
Raúl Francisco Primatesta (April 14, 1919 – May 1, 2006) was a cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church of Argentina, and Archbishop Emeritus of Córdoba. Biography Primatesta was born in Capilla del Señor, Exaltación de la Cruz, province of Buenos Aires. He was ordained priest in 1942 and elected titular bishop of ''Tanais'' and appointed auxiliary bishop of La Plata on June 14, 1957 and became its vicar general. On June 12, 1961 he was appointed first bishop of Diocese of San Rafael, Mendoza, and four years later on February 16, 1965 he became Metropolitan archbishop of Córdoba. Since 1970 he was part of the ruling body of the Argentine Episcopal Conference, which he presided on four occasions. Estanislao Esteban Karlic (born 7 February 1926) is an Argentine cardinal of the Catholic Church. He served as Archbishop of Paraná from 1986 to 2003, and was elevated to the cardinalate in 2007. Biography Estanislao Karlic was born in Oliva, Villa MarÃa, to an immigrant Croatian family. He studied at the Major Seminary of Córdoba, and at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, from where he obtained a licentiate in theology. Following his ordination to the priesthood on 8 December 1954, Karlic served as superior of the philosophy section of the Major Seminary of Córdoba, where he was also professor of theology. On 6 June 1977, Karlic was appointed titular bishop of Castrum by Pope Paul VI.
