José Luis Sandoval
José Luis Sandoval Rodríguez (born 25 August 1968), nicknamed Borrego, is a Mexican professional baseball coach and former shortstop. He is currently the first base coach for the Diablos Rojos del México of the Mexican League. As a player, Sandoval spent 23 seasons in the Mexican League, 22 of them with the Diablos Rojos del México winning the league championship in 1994, 1999, 2002, 2003 and 2008. Terrazas represented Mexico, winning the bronze medal at the 2007 Pan American Games. Career Sandoval was born on 25 August 1968 in Los Mochis, Sinaloa and made his professional debut in the Mexican League in 1990 with the Diablos Rojos del México. In 1993 he was signed by the Pittsburgh Pirates and assigned to the Buffalo Bisons of the Triple-A American Association, where he played 65 games and recorded 48 hits, 23 runs, five home runs, 21 RBI and .230 batting average in 209 at bats. Shortstop, abbreviated SS, is the baseball positions, baseball or softball fielding position between second base, second and third base, which is considered to be among the Defensive spectrum, most demanding defensive positions. The Buffalo Bisons (known colloquially as the Herd) are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League and the Triple-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays. Barney Serrell
Barney Clinton "El Grillo" Serrell (March 9, 1920 – August 15, 1996) was an American baseball second baseman in the Negro leagues and the Mexican League. He played from 1941 to 1957 with several teams. He is also listed as William C. Serrell and Bonnie Serrell. Serrell started his Negro league career with the Chicago American Giants, playing one game and going 1-for-4. He then moved to the Kansas City Monarchs, where he played for four seasons. Matías Carrillo García (born 24 February 1963) is a Mexican professional baseball manager and former outfielder. He played for three seasons in the Major League Baseball (MLB), making his debut in 1991 for the Milwaukee Brewers and was member of the Florida Marlins in the 1993 and 1994 seasons. The Mexican Pacific League (, or LMP), also known as the Liga ARCO Mexicana del Pacífico for sponsorship reasons, is a professional baseball Winter league baseball, winter league based in Northwestern Mexico. The league comprises 10 teams. It was founded in 1945. The league's champion takes part in the Caribbean Series each year. The sixty eight-game regular season is split in two halves.
