José Luis Armenteros Sánchez (Madrid, 26 June 1943''Ibidem'', 11 June 2016) was a Spanish musician and composer. Career He was a member of the instrumental group Los Relámpagos (1965). In 1968, together with Pablo Herrero, they decided to give their career a new direction by producing and composing for other artists, becoming the most important and prolific composing and producing team of the second half of the 20th century in Spain, with songs performed by Fórmula V, Nino Bravo, Francisco, Juan Bau, Basilio, José Luis Rodríguez "El Puma", Jarcha or Rocío Jurado María del Rocío Mohedano Jurado (, 18 September 1943 – 1 June 2006), better known as Rocío Jurado, was a Spanish singer and actress. Pablo Herrero
Pablo Herrero Ibarz (Madrid, Spain, 7 September 1942 – 5 December 2023) was a Spanish musician and composer. Career In 1965 he was a member of the instrumental group Los Relámpagos, which he left in 1968 together with José Luis Armenteros. In a production company called Mecenas, the two took a new direction in their careers, producing and composing for other artists such as Doctor Pop, and Juan Bau. Between them, they composed some of the most famous songs of the second half of the 20th century in Spanish music, becoming an important and prolific composition and production team in Spain. Their songs were performed by singers such as Fórmula V, Nino Bravo, Serafín Zubiri, Juan Bau, Francisco, Basilio, Jarcha and Rocío Jurado María del Rocío Mohedano Jurado (, 18 September 1943 – 1 June 2006), better known as Rocío Jurado, was a Spanish singer and actress. Nino Bravo
Luis Manuel Ferri Llopis ( Aielo de Malferit, 3 August 1944 – Villarrubio, Cuenca, 16 April 1973), better known by his stage name Nino Bravo, was a Spanish baroque pop and ballad singer. Early life Ferri Llopis was born in Aielo de Malferit (Valencia), Spain. His father, Luis Manuel, a salesman, moved the family to Valencia, in search of better opportunities, when his son was three years old. Young Luis met, in 1958, bassist Vicente López, who introduced him to other Valencian musicians. Ferri Llopis discovered he could sing while on a trip with López and Paco Ramón. López recalled that he was surprised, upon waking up from a nap, to hear him singing Domenico Modugno's hit "Libero". Deeply impressed, Lopez predicted that Ferri Llopis would become a superstar. Juan Bau (Aldaia; 24 December 1948) is the stage name of Juan Bautista Conca Moya, a Spanish light music singer. Biography In 1972 he made his professional debut as a solo artist under the name of Juan Bau and recorded his first single album with the songs 'Pequeñas cosas' and 'Dentro de mi alma', which he composed himself. In 1973 he released his second single with "Tú no comprendes" and "Sigue tu camino". It was also in this year that he had his big hit with the song "La estrella de David".
