José Carlos Guimarães
José Carlos Ribeiro de Carvalho Guimarães (born 9 April 1964 in Luanda), known as Zé Carlos, is a former Angolan basketball player and a former coach of the Angola national basketball team. He played as a guard and as a forward. He achieved a huge success in his career playing for Portuguese side Benfica, where he won several National Championship and the Cup of Portugal titles, with his fellow countryman Jean-Jacques. Guimarães also lived the dream of playing against the 1992 US Olympic Dream Team and at the 1996 Summer Olympics. He later became assistant coach of the Angola Squad. He served as coach of the Angolan national basketball team from May 2012 to May 2013. Paulo Sérgio Braga Madeira (born 6 September 1970) is a Portuguese former professional footballer who played as a central defender. Club career Madeira was born in Luanda, Portuguese Angola. A youth graduate of S.L. Benfica, he made his first-team debut in 1989–90 and, after serving a loan with fellow Primeira Liga club C.S. Marítimo, returned for another season. Paulo Jorge Morais Rebelo de Macedo (born 28 May 1968) is an Angolan former professional basketball player and a current coach. Macedo, who is in height, has been a prominent point guard both at the service of the Angola national basketball team and with Primeiro de Agosto. Jean-Jacques Nzadi da Conceição (born 3 April 1964, in Kinshasa), more commonly known as J.J. Conceição or Jean-Jacques, is an Angolan-Portuguese retired professional basketball player.
