Josh McDaniels
Joshua Thomas McDaniels (born April 22, 1976) is an American professional football coach who is the offensive coordinator for the New England Patriots of the National Football League (NFL). He has served as the offensive coordinator of the Patriots for 14 non-consecutive seasons. During McDaniels' first stint from 2006 to 2008, New England set the season record for points scored and became the first team to win all 16 regular season games in 2007. In his second stint from 2012 to 2021, the Patriots won three Super Bowl titles. McDaniels rejoined New England a third time in 2025. Outside of his Patriots tenure, McDaniels served as the head coach of the Denver Broncos from 2009 to 2010 and the Las Vegas Raiders from 2022 to 2023. Offensive Coordinator
An offensive coordinator (OC) is a Coach (sport), coach responsible for a gridiron football team's offense (American football), offense. Generally, the offensive coordinator, defensive coordinator and special teams coordinator represent the second level of coaching structure, with the head coach being the first level. The primary role of the offensive coordinator is managing the roster of offensive players, overseeing the assistant coaches, developing the American football strategy#Offensive strategy, offensive game plan, and Play calling, calling plays for the offense during the game (though some offensive-minded head coaches may hold play-calling duties instead). Jerry Schuplinski
Jerry Schuplinski (born April 4, 1977) is an American football coach who is currently a senior offensive assistant/pass game specialist with the Houston Texans of the National Football League. Most recently, he had been the tight ends coach for the Las Vegas Raiders. Prior to that, Jerry was an assistant coach for Case Western Reserve for six seasons before becoming a part of the Patriots' staff in 2013. Schuplinski was part of the Patriots coaching staffs that won Super Bowl XLIX, Super Bowl LI, and Super Bowl LIII. Brian Stewart Polian (born December 22, 1974) is an American college football coach and former player. He is the Athletic Director at John Carroll University. He is the former head coach of the Nevada Wolf Pack football team. He is the son of former National Football League (NFL) executive Bill Polian. Linebacker
Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and typically line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and so back up the defensive linemen. They play closer to the line of scrimmage than the defensive backs (secondary). As such, linebackers play a hybrid role and are often the most versatile players on the defensive side of the ball; they can be asked to play roles similar to either a defensive lineman (such as stopping the runner on a running play) or a defensive back (such as dropping back into pass coverage). London Fletcher
London Levi Fletcher-Baker (born May 19, 1975) is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker for 16 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the John Carroll Blue Streaks and signed with the St. Louis Rams as an undrafted free agent in 1998. After four seasons with the Rams, he was a member of the Buffalo Bills for five seasons and spent his last seven seasons with the Washington Redskins. He won Super Bowl XXXIV with the Rams in 1999 and made four Pro Bowls during his Redskins tenure. Nicholas Caserio (born December 27, 1975) is an American professional football executive who is the executive vice president and general manager of the Houston Texans of the National Football League (NFL).
