Jorge Pérez Salinas (born 24 April 1972 in Pamplona, Navarra) is a former butterfly swimming, butterfly and medley swimming, medley swimmer from Spain, who competed for his native country at two Summer Olympics: in Swimming at the 1992 Summer Olympics, 1992 (Barcelona, Spain) and Swimming at the 2000 Summer Olympics, 2000 (Sydney, Australia). Pamplona (; ), historically also known as Pampeluna in English, is the capital city of the Navarre, Chartered Community of Navarre, in Spain.
