Pope John Paul II Avenue (), also commonly referred to as the Fountain Avenue () is an Avenue (landscape), avenue located in the areas of the Centrum, Szczecin, Centrum and ÅšródmieÅ›cie-Północ neighborhoods in the ÅšródmieÅ›cie, Szczecin, ÅšródmieÅ›cie district of Szczecin. The avenue is 1.18 km long and runs from the southeast to the northwest, connecting Polish Soldier Square with WacÅ‚aw Felczak Street. It is a representative downtown avenue with tenement houses listed in the Registry of Cultural Property (Poland), Registry of Cultural Property and the municipal records of monuments. Throughout its entire length, it is part of the Golden Route – a tourist trail connecting the Ducal Castle, Szczecin, Ducal Castle with the Valley of the Seven Mills. Centrum (''Centre'') is a municipal neighbourhood of the city of Szczecin, Poland, situated on the left bank of Oder river, in Śródmieście District. It borders Śródmieście-Zachód to the west, Śródmieście-Północ to the north, Stare Miasto Stare Miasto means "Old Town" in Polish.
