Joseph Kelly (born 18 May 1964) is a Scottish former boxer who won the ABA title and the Commonwealth Games silver medal at flyweight in 1982, and after turning professional was British bantamweight champion in 1992. Joseph Patrick Kelly (born March 17, 1956) is an American attorney and politician who has served as the 42nd lieutenant governor of Nebraska since 2023. He served as the United States attorney for the District of Nebraska from 2018 to 2021. He formerly served as chief of the criminal division for the attorney general of Nebraska. Early life and education Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Nebraska in 1978 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1981. Career Kelly began his legal career in the Lancaster County Attorney's office from 1981 to 1985. He then served as an associate with Berniger, Berg and Diverin Colorado Springs, Colorado, from 1987 to 1990. Joseph Patrick Kelly (born 1 March 1970) is an Australian politician. He attended Ignatius Park College in Townsville, North Queensland. Joe Kelly (hurler)
Fr. Joseph Kelly (1923 – June 1994) was an Irish hurler who played as a left corner-forward for the Cork senior team. Kelly joined the team during the 1943 championship and later became a regular member of the starting fifteen until his retirement following the conclusion of the 1947 championship. During that time he won two All-Ireland medals and three Munster medals. Kelly was an All-Ireland runner-up on one occasion. At club level Kelly played with the famous Glen Rovers. Playing career Club Kelly played his club hurling with the famous Glen Rovers club on the north side of Cork city. He enjoyed little success at minor level before joining the club’s senior team. In spite of the Glen going through a hugely successful period during the 1940s, Kelly helped the team to many championship titles but never played in a county final himself. Joseph Michael Kelly (13 March 1913 – 28 November 1993) was an Irish racing driver and businessman, who entered into the 1950 and 1951 British Grand Prix. Biography Racing career By profession Kelly was a motor dealer from Dublin and he used the profits from this business to indulge his interest in motorsport. He raced a Maserati 6CM on 20 August 1949, during the 1949 BRDC International Trophy meeting at Silverstone Circuit. It was the first race meeting to use the former airfield's perimeter roadways, rather than the main runways. The event was held that day over two heats of 20 laps and one final of 30 laps of the Grand Prix circuit. The final was won by Italian Alberto Ascari driving a Ferrari; Ascari would go on to win the Formula One World Championship twice. Joseph Kelly (born 1971) is an American comic book writer, penciler and editor who has written such titles as ''Deadpool'', ''Uncanny X-Men'', ''Action Comics'', and '' JLA'', as well as award-winning work on ''The Amazing Spider-Man'' and ''Superman''. As part of the comics creator group Man of Action Studios, Kelly is one of the creators of the animated series ''Ben 10''.
