Jiří Kajínek
Jiří Kajínek (; born 11 January 1961) is a Czech criminal, celebrity and influencer. In 1998, he was convicted of the contracted double murder of Štefan Janda and Julián Pokoš and the attempted murder of Vojtěch Pokoš; subsequently he was given a life sentence. During his sentence, he attempted to, and was able to escape prison multiple times. In the Czech Republic, Kajínek's case has become common knowledge and public discourse has emerged debating his guilt. On 23 May 2017, Kajínek was pardoned by president Miloš Zeman, which ended his life sentence. Criminal activities Early life Kajínek was born on 11 January 1961 in Prachovice. Czech Radio (, ČRo) is the public radio broadcaster of the Czech Republic operating continuously since 1923. The (individual) constitutional complaint () is an extraordinary legal remedy in German law. The procedure serves to vindicate constitutional rights under the Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (''Grundgesetz'', abbreviated GG). Constitutional complaints are adjudicated solely by the Federal Constitutional Court. Jaroslav Bureš (born 5 May 1954) is a Czech lawyer, politician, former Minister of Justice and 2003 Czech presidential election, presidential candidate in 2003. He is a judge at a High court in Prague. Biography Bureš was born in Mimoň. He graduated at Charles University in 1979 and received a law degree. Pavel Rychetský (born 17 August 1943) is a Czech Republic, Czech lawyer and former politician who was the 3rd President of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic.
