Jitka Janáčková
Jitka Janáčková (born 22 May 1973 ın Mladá Boleslav) is a Czechoslovak-Czech sprint canoeist who competed in the early to mid-1990s. At the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona for Czechoslovakia, she was eliminated in the semifinals of both the K-2 500 m and the K-4 500 m events. Four years later in Atlanta for the Czech Republic, Janáčková was eliminated in the semifinals of both the K-2 500 m and the K-4 500 m events. Mladá Boleslav
Mladá Boleslav (; ) is a city in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 47,000 inhabitants. It lies on the left bank of the Jizera (river), Jizera River. Mladá Boleslav is the second most populated city in the region. Tereza Valentová (born 20 February 2007) is a Czech professional tennis player. She has career-high WTA rankings of No. 182 in singles and No. 241 in doubles. She has a career-high combined junior ranking of No. 4, achieved on 10 June 2024, and won both the 2024 French Open girls' singles and girls' doubles titles. Early life and background Valentová was born to Marcel Valenta and Jitka Janáčková. Her mother is a former sprint canoeist who represented Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic at the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympics, respectively. She began playing tennis at the age of three after watching her father play. She currently trains at TK Sparta Prague.
