''The Muppet Christmas Carol'' is a 1992 American Christmas musical comedy drama film directed by Brian Henson (in his feature directorial debut) from a screenplay by Jerry Juhl. ''Wilbur'' is a Canadian live-action/animated children's television series that premiered on the Ready Set Learn block on Discovery Kids (now Discovery Family) in the United States on April 16, 2007 and then moved to TLC on April 23, 2007.
