Jay Leach (ice Hockey, Born 1979)
Jay Christopher Leach (born September 2, 1979) is an American former professional ice hockey player and currently an assistant coach for the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League (NHL). He is a former captain of the Albany Devils. Playing career Leach was drafted in the fifth round (115th overall) by the Phoenix Coyotes. After spending several years in minor hockey leagues, he signed as a free agent with the National Hockey League's Boston Bruins on September 26, 2003. While with the Bruins he appeared in his first two NHL games during the 2005–06 season, collecting no points and seven penalty minutes. Leach spent most of his time in the Bruins organization with their AHL affiliate in Providence. On July 3, 2007, he was signed as a free agent by the Tampa Bay Lightning. Jay Leach (born May 24, 1951) is an American former ice hockey assistant coach of the National Hockey League's Los Angeles Kings, Atlanta Thrashers, New Jersey Devils, and Washington Capitals. Career Leach served as assistant coach for Team USA under Bob Johnson in the 1991 Canada Cup. He also served as assistant coach for the U.S. Men's National Team in the 2004 and 2006 World Championships. He also has five years of head coaching experience in the American Hockey League with the Springfield Indians and the Hershey Bears. Stephen Leach
Stephen Morgan Leach (born January 16, 1966) is an American ice hockey coach and former professional ice hockey player. He is currently the head coach of the Valley Jr. Warriors '99 Elite squad. He is the uncle of Jay Leach. Playing career As a youth, Leach played in the 1979 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with the Boston Braves minor ice hockey team. Leach was raised in Lexington, Massachusetts and played his high school hockey at Matignon High School, where he transferred to as a sophomore. He won three consecutive Massachusetts HS hockey titles from 1982 to 1984. His older brother Chris played D1 hockey at St. Lawrence. Dave Hakstol
David Hakstol (born July 30, 1968) is a Canadian professional ice hockey coach. Hakstol was the head coach for Sioux City Musketeers for four seasons, followed by four years as an assistant at his alma mater, the University of North Dakota. He was promoted to head coach in 2004 and led the program for eleven seasons. Hakstol was a head coach of the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League (NHL) in 2015, leading the team until his firing in 2018. Additionally, he served as the first head coach of the NHL's Seattle Kraken from 2021 to 2024, after their expansion. John Clark Donatelli (born November 22, 1965) is an American former professional ice hockey player and is the current head coach of the Tipos Extraliga's HC Nové Zámky. Michael Barry Sullivan (born February 27, 1968) is an American professional ice hockey coach and former player who is the head coach for the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League (NHL).
