''Jaws 2'' is a 1978 American horror thriller film directed by Jeannot Szwarc and co-written by Carl Gottlieb. It is the sequel to Steven Spielberg's '' Jaws'' (1975), and the second installment in the ''Jaws'' franchise. Jeannot Szwarc
Jeannot Szwarc (21 November 1937 – 14 January 2025) was a French director known for his work in American film and television. His film credits included '' Jaws 2'', ''Somewhere in Time'', ''Supergirl'' and '' Santa Claus: The Movie''. Szwarc had a prolific career spanning 6 decades before retirement from the industry in France. Early life and education Szwarc was born into a Polish-Jewish family in Paris on 21 November 1939. Keith Gordon
Keith Gordon (born February 3, 1961) is an American actor and film director. Early life Gordon was born in New York City, the son of Mark, an actor and stage director, and Barbara Gordon. He grew up in an atheist Jewish family. Gordon was inspired to become an actor at the age of twelve, after seeing James Earl Jones in a Broadway production of ''Of Mice and Men''. Barry Coe
Barry S. Coe (born Barry Clark Heacock; November 26, 1934 – July 16, 2019) was an American actor who appeared in film and on television from 1956 to 1978. Many of his movie parts were minor, but he co-starred in one series, titled '' Follow the Sun'', which aired on ABC during the 1961–62 season.
