Javier "Javi" Márquez Moreno (; born 11 May 1986) is a Spanish former professional association football, footballer who played as a central midfielder. Club career Espanyol Born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Márquez was a product of hometown RCD Espanyol's youth system. He was promoted to the first team for the 2009–10 La Liga, 2009–10 season, making his La Liga debut on 19 September by playing 30 minutes at Deportivo de La Coruña for a 3–2 win, after coming on as a Substitute (association football), substitute for Ben Sahar. Márquez quickly established himself in the first team and, on 20 December 2009, scored his first goal in a 2–0 home win against UD Almería. José Raúl Baena Urdiales (; born 2 March 1989) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder. Mauricio Roberto Pochettino Trossero (born 2 March 1972), also known mononymously by his nickname Poch, is an Argentine professional football manager and former player who is the head coach of the United States men's national team. The 2010–11 La Liga (known as the ''Liga BBVA'' for sponsorship reasons) was the 80th season of La Liga since its establishment. The campaign began on 28 August 2010, and concluded on 21 May 2011. A total of 20 teams contested the league, 17 of which already partook in the 2009–10 season, and three of which were promoted from the Segunda División.
